Delivery Information Contents:
Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland, we currently do not offer delivery to offshore addresses.
Orders over £29 are delivered free via standard delivery
When you place your order you will recieve an email confirmation to state that we have recieved your order and also a second email to confirm the order has been dispatched, in this second email you will recieve approximate information of when your delivery should arrive.
If your item has not arrived in the specified time, first check your order by logging in to your account and selecting 'My Orders' from the left hand navigation menu and selecting the specified order, information should be provided as to why your order has not arrived. If this is not the case or you have further queries please don't hesitate to contact us via our contact page:
Priority Delivery
With priority delivery if you place your order before 11:30am we garantee you will recieve your order the next working day. If placed after 11:30am we garantee it will arrive within 2 working days. Priority delivery costs the same as standard delivery with an additional £2.99 charge. Priority deliveries do not apply for free delivery.

Delivery Prices
Delivery Prices differ from product to product, you can check the delivery price of a specific item by navigating to the specific page of that product.
Please also note that these delivery prices do not apply if you are picking your order up from one of our stores
Delivery Coverage
At this time we offer delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
In-store Pickup
We do offer a service allowing you to pick up your order yourself from one of our shops, this service is offered for free. When you place your order you will recieve an email confirmation that we have recieved your order, then also a second email to inform you when your order has arrived in-store. Items will take up to 7 working days to arrive at our store.
When you come to our store to pick your item(s) up, please ensure you have identification proving that you are the customer that placed the order and also the Credit/Debit Card you used to place the order with.
If you are not the owner of the Credit/Debit Card that the order was purchased with, you will NOT be able to recieve the items.

Returns & Refunds
We do offer refunds on returned items, items must be returned in the same condition by which they were sent from us.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund.
