New, improved Rabbit Hutch Large with Under - Run, design features of this excellent Rabbit Hutch include, a removeable ladder and trap door to secure the run off at night for added security and a fixed plastic tray for easy cleaning !! Keeps your pet warm and dry with room to play!
As the Rabbit Welfare Association have identified that rabbits get very frightened when approached from above, Rabbitshack no longer have opening roofs on their hutches.
Specifications of the Rabbit Hutch Large with Under:-
- Overall External Measurements: approx.1220mmW x 560mmD x 1160mmH (including overhang)
- Gap for ladder between hutch & under-run measures approx. 495mm x 160mm
- Bunny door between sleeping area and top run measures: approx. 200mmW x 260mmH (at highest point)
- Supplied flat packed & weighing approx. 28kg
- Supplied factory treated
- Made from quality Chinese Fir timber
- Front and sides are t & g, back is plywood
- Sides of under-run are mesh
- Ashfelt covered fixed roof
- Removeable ramp to allow access to and from hutch to under run
- Trap door between top and bottom hutch so you can lock your rabbits up safely for the night

You will also be pleased to know that our rabbit hutches all come with Fox Proof Wire, so you will be safe in the knowledge that your rabbit hutch will be safe from Mr Fox.

All of our rabbit hutches are carefully selected by Pets Ahead UK we take great care in sourcing only the best rabbit hutches, Most of our rabbit hutches are supplied flat packed, but don't worry they are very simple to construct and some you don't even need screws!
What Size rabbit Hutch Should I get?
As rule the larger the Rabbit hutch that you get then the happier your rabbit will be, rabbits enjoy space but it is completely up to you what size Rabbit Hutch you get. We do however recommend that if your rabbit hutch will be accommodating more than one rabbit, then look for a rabbit hutch that has two separate sleeping compartments.

When Choosing where to place your rabbit hutch, try to find a sheltered spot, away from mid day sunshine, this will ensure that your rabbit won't get to hot in the summer and will help keep him away from the rain in the winter.
